List of N47.2Billion, $487.5Million properties allegedly traced to ex-Minister Diezani Alison-Madueke

- The EFCC has released list of properties traced to President Jonathan's former minister of petroleum - Diezani Alison-Madueke has however continued to deny any financial misdeed. She insists she is being severely maligned and persecuted by the EFCC - All the listed properties are located in choice areas in Nigeria with their values running into several millions of naira The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, claimed it has traced at least N47.2Billion and $487.5Million in cash and properties to Diezani Alison-Madueke, Nigeria's former minister of Petroleum Resources under President Goodluck Jonathan. In an article written by Tony Orilade and Aisha Gambari of the EFCC Media department and published by Premium Times, the EFCC exposed some of the properties traced to the former minister of petroleum. 1. $350 million properties in Banana Island bought on November 22, 2011 The most numbing, record-shattering acquisitions of Alison-Madueke, is to be found in the ritzy, nouveaux riches playground of Banana Island, Lagos. It consists of two apartments at the Bella Vista Court.
